BOWEN C.J.: This is an appeal from the decision and orders of a single Judge of this Cow't granting an interin injunction. The proceedings were comnenced by Mr. Robert Janes Parish. He obtained an order nisi callang upon World Series Cricket Pty. Limited to show cause why certain injunctions set forth in five numbered paragraphs shovid not be granted against it. On the retura of the order, which was fixed for the next day, the matter was dealt
with by -Ehe Judge below on an interlocutory basis.
