REASONS FOR JUDGMENT
BOWEN C.J. This 1s an appeal from an order of a single Judge
of the Court. Application was made to his Honour by the Australian Theatrical and Amusement Employees' Association, the Respondent on this appeal, joining Canberra Television Limited and Others, the Appellants, seeking an interpretation of the Television Industry Award 1977.
