THE COURT ORDERS THAT:

The rule should be made absolute as to the decision of the Board that the prosecutor shall not receive salary during the period of his first suspension (a.e. from
1h March 1978 until 19 May 1978). Otherwise the rules nisi should be discharged. I declare that the prosecutor is entitled to be paid salary from 14 March 1978 until
19 May 1978 as an officer of the public service being an Overseer (Printing) Grade 2, Government Prantang Office, Canberra. Otherwise I dismiss the originating summons dated 1 June 1979.
The prosecutor to pay one half of the costs of the
respondents of all the proccedings.
