This is an appeal by Michael Lapadat limited to the measure of damages. On 21 August 1974, the appellant, whilst working for the respondent, was ingured when he fell some 10 or 12 feet to the ground from a scaffold. The learned trial judge found for the appellant on the question of negligence and awarded nim the sum of $38,739.19
