REASONS FOR JUDGMENT

This is an application by The Commercial Banking Company of Sydney Limited ("the bank") under s. 14 (5) of the Bankruptcy Act 1966 ("the Act") for review of a refusal by the Registrar in Bankruptcy for the Bankruptcy District of The State of New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory to issue bankruptcy notices containing the words "and no more", appearing after the total amount claimed in two places in the notices.
