breaches.
Such penalties totalling three hundred dollars ($300.00) be paid to the organisation, The Vehicle Builders Employees' Federation of
Australia.
The application for an order for payment of wages pursuant to Section 119(3) of the Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1904 is
dismissed.
