REASONS FOR JUDGMENT
THE COURT: This is an appeal from a decision of the
Administrative Appeals Tribunal under s.44 of the
Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 which provides for an
appeal to this court' on a question of law.
The appellant is the widow of the late Captain Owen Maunder who sustained personal injuries on 23 August 1980 which resulted in his death on 30 August 1980. Arising out of the death of her husband the appellant made a claim for
compensation pursuant to the provisions of the Compensation
