THE COURT: This is an appeal from a decision of a single judge of this. Court given on 31 October 1983 upon an application for review
under s.5 of the Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977.
The application for review was made by Jennifer May McDonald Harris (the appellant) seeking review of a decision of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (the "Corporation") (the first respondent) and/or - Keith Cameron MacKriell (the second respondent) the General Manager of the Corporation. The decision in question was that Michael H. Cosby (the third respondent) be granted access to the first and second interim Reports of Miss Mahla Pearlman. Miss Mahla Pearlman,
