REASONS FOR JUDGMENT

Trial of a proceeding for damages, pursuant to sections 52, 53A and 82 of the Trade Practices Act 1974, and for declarations that certain leases are void: of a cross-ciaim for monies alleged to be due by the applicant under one of the leases and for damages for breach of the agreement for that lease; and of a cross-claim against third parties for indemnity or contribution
