This 15 an appiication by Senator Button ara others, who are respondents to the principal application, for an order that a letter of tequest be sent to judicial authorities ir Hong Kong. The main proceeding 1s an application to review conauct of the respondents in respect of the seizure and detention of six «actor vehicles imported from Hong Kong. For the wurgoeses of this judament I shail call the respondents to the main peocesdinas the applicants, since they are so in respect of the matter
