REASONS FOR JUDGMENT
For the reasons given inthe related matter of
Harry Williams v. The Minister for Immigration and Ethnic
Affairs (No. G155 of 1985) I propose to refuse this
application for an interim stay. In the circumstances, it
13 unnecessary to make any other order.
I make the following orders:
i. Order that the application for an interim stay of
the deportation order in respect of Harry Williams be
refused.
2. Make no order as to costs.
