THE COURT ORDERS THAT:

1. The first respondent, The Australasian Meat Industry

Employees Union, be fined $100,000 in respect of its breach of the orders of this Court made on 12 July 1985;

2. The said fine be paid to the Registrar of this Court within

seven days of service of this order upon the first respondent;

3. A writ of sequestration issue against the first respondent in

accordance with the form set forth in the Schedule hereto;

4. The writ of sequestration shall lie in the office of the Registrar of this Court until the earlier writ of sequestration issued against the first respondent pursuant to the order of this Court of 18 July 1985 has ceased to operate WHEREUPON the writ of sequestration
