REASONS FOR JUDGMENT (No. 23)
The bankrupt has been publicly examined by the
trustee for two weeks and he estimates that he requires 3
further three davs to conclud2 his examination. The
bankrupt seeks a furtner allowance of 365,000, being 32,000
per aay, ror the retainer of senior counsel. The trusts
orposes this application.
The bankrupt 12 represented by experienced junior
counsel for whom an allovanre is marae by the trusts.
