This 1s an application for an adjournment of the hearing of two notices of motion, filed on 9 May 1986, which arise from orders made by Sheppard J. on 23 April 1986. The central orders made by his Honour on that occasion were directed to the second respondent, John William Jackson, and were in the following terms:
