THE COURT : This is an appeal from a decision of a Judge of the
Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory awarding damages to the respondent, Vicki Drakopoulos, for injuries and loss suffered by her as a result of a motor vehicle accident
which occurred on 20 June 1983.
