1. That the election for the office of Assistant State Secretary of the Victorian Branch of the Federated Clerks Union of Australia, conducted in April and May
1985, is void. 2. That the Industrial Registrar make arrangements for a new election to be held for the office of Assistant
State Secretary of the Victorian Branch of the Federated
Clerks Union of Australia. 3. That liberty is reserved to any party to apply in
yelation to the foregoing order, upon seven days' notice in writing to each other party.
