REASONS FOR JUDGMENT
This is an appeal by the prosecutor in respect of allegedly inadequate penalties imposed by a single judge of this Court in proceedings for offences under s.79 of the Trade Practices Act 1974 ("the Act"). The respondent had filed a cross appeal but when the appeal was called on before us counsel for the cross appellant indicated that the cross appeal would not be proceeded with.
