The applicants have leave to further amend their statement of claim in accordance with the minute
filed herein on 21 May 1987.
The filing and delivery of the minute stand as filing and service of the further amended statement of claim. The respondent do on or before 19 June 1987 file and deliver any amended defence to the further amended statement of claim.
The applicants' motion in so far as it relates to leave to administer additional interrogatories will be dismissed.
The applicants pay the respondent's costs of the motion
