On 9 December 1985 Kenneth Leslie Hatcher became a
bankrupt pursuant to a sequestration order made on that day by
Toohey J.
The order was made on the petition of Custom Credit Corporation Limited. The act of bankruptcy relied upon to ground the petition was failure to comply with a bankruptcy notice served on 16 April 1985, which made demand for payment of $4,675.78,
