The applicants, Beverley Enid O'Neill, Bernard Joseph Edward Collaery, Geraldine George, Richard Baker and John Duncan Thwaites, seek an interlocutory injunction restraining the third respondent, The Uniting Church in Australia (Australian Capital Territory) Property Trust, a body corporate established by the Uniting Church in Australia Ordinance 1977
