REASONS FOR JUDGMENT
THE COURT:
This is an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory whereby the appellant was awarded damages of $42,929.31 for personal injury sustaaned in an accident which occurred in June 1978.
At the time of the accident she was a nurses' aide, having begun training for that occupation in October 1972 when she ceased secretarial work which she had taken up after leaving High School in 1970 when she was in fifth form. She married in 1973, apparently in or about July or August.
