(i) refusing to permit the applicant, Steve Carfino, from playing as a member of the team fielded by Sydney NEC Kings Club
and;
(ii) taking any action by way of punishment or reprisal as a result of his so playing, whether against the applicant or any
other person or organisation. 2. The costs of the application be reserved.
