THE COURT ORDERS THAT:
The decision of Keith Owen, dated 12 March 1987, that
the applicant be deported from Australia be set aside.
The matter of whether an order should be made that the applicant be deported from Australia be referred for further consideration by the respondent, who is
directed to have regard to such material and

submissions as the applicant lodges with' the
respondent within 21 days from the date hereof.
3. The respondent Minister pay two-thirds (2/3) of the
coss of the applicant, Mui Lie Chan, relating to these
proceedings.

36 of the Federal Court Rules.)
