This matter was heard at the same time as_ the application by the Deputy Commissioner of Taxation to annul the bankruptcy of Geoffrey Walter Edelsten in respect of which I have
just delivered judgment.
The petition of Full Point Pty. Limited was not disputed by evidence or argument and was supported by evidence in the usual form. T am satisfied that the debtor, Geoffrey Walter Edelsten, committed the act of bankruptcy alleged in the
petition. I am satisfied of proof of the other matters of which
s.52(1) of the Bankruptcy Act 1966 requires proof. I note that Max Christopher Donnelly, a registered trustee, has consented to act as trustee of the estate of the debtor. I make a sequestration order against the estate of the debtor and order
that costs (including reserved costs) he taxed and paid according

to the Act. I direct that a draft of these orders he delivered
to the Registrar within seven days in accordance with r.124(2).
