That judgment be entered for the applicant on its claim in the sum of $54,965.57; and that judgment be entered for the respondent on its cross-claim in the sum of $1,320.77; order that the respondent do pay the applicant the sum of $54,965.57 and that the applicant do pay the respondent the sum of $1,320.77; direct that the one judgment be set off against the other and that execution do issue for the balance of $53,644.80 only.
2. That, without prejudice to any order for- costs ,
already made, Che respondent pay three-quarters of the applicant's costs of the proceedings.
