2. That the costs of and incidental to the motion on notice dated 12 November 1993 seeking that Ryan J disqualify himself from hearing the motion referred to in paragraph 1 of this order and the motion for directions of 12 November 1993 be reserved to the judge hearing the motion
of 7 May 1993.
3. That there be liberty to apply to each party on not less
than 48 hours notice in writing to the other party.
NOTE : Settlement and entry of orders is dealt with in
Order 36 of the Federal Court Rules.
