DECLARES that the applicant was entitled, in respect of the decision of the respondent to grant a licence pursuant to reg.8 of the Export Control (Unprocessed Wood) Regulations to Sawmillers Exports Pty Limited so as to allow that company to export woodchips for a period of three months from 30 June 1994, by notice in writing dated 11 July 1994, to request the respondent to furnish a statement in writing setting out the findings on material questions of fact, referring to the evidence or other material on which those findings were based and giving the reasons for the decision.
