I gave judgment earlier to-day in matter NG 117 of 1997. I turn now to the application for an order of review in NG 176 of 1997, that is a decision of the Refugee Review Tribunal made on 6 March 1997 that the applicant is not a refugee and therefore not a person to whom Australia has protection obligations under the Refugees Convention and Protocol. The Tribunal affirmed the earlier decision of the delegate of the Minister.
