CATCHWORDS Company Law - whether an order under s 503 of the Corporations Law should be made to remove the respondent as liquidator of certain companies in circumstances where those companies are in the last stages of winding‑up but where there is a possibility that claims against persons with whom the respondent had an association might be pursued by another liquidator with the prospect of some benefit to the applicant and where if claims are not pursued, disruption and expense will only be caused to the applicant.
