There is a current bridging visa but no application for a work permit has been made in respect of that. Therefore there is no decision in respect of which I can intervene. If there is to be an application for a prerogative writ in the High Court, the question of any extension of the existing bridging visa will have to be considered at that time. 2 The order is that the existing application is dismissed. 3 In the circumstances, and for the reasons which I have given, I will make no order as to costs.
