THE COURT DECLARES THAT: 1. On 26 May 1999, there was delivered to Andrew John Donnelly in the Court of the Registrar of the Land & Environment Court a document, a copy of which is annexure 'A' to the affidavit of Clifford Robert Ireland sworn 29 June 1999.
THE COURT ORDERS THAT: 2. The leave given by the Registrar for the applicant to have access to the documents produced in answer to a subpoena addressed to the Proper Officer, New South Wales Police Service, which was filed on 10 August 1999, be revoked. 3. The documents referred to in Order 2 above be returned to the party that produced those documents. 4. The costs of the petition to date be reserved. 5. The petition be stood over for directions before Emmett J on 10 September 1999. 6. The applicant notify David Mark Mundine as soon as possible of the orders made today.
