The notices of motion of the first and third respondents dated 23 February 2000 and of the second respondent dated 24 February 2000 be adjourned to a date to be fixed, with liberty to call on those notices of motion or either of them on reasonable notice. 5. The applicants pay to the first and third respondents their costs to date of and incidental to their notice of motion dated 23 February 2000. 6. The applicants pay to the second respondent his costs to date of and incidental to his notice of motion dated 24 February 2000.
