The applicants pay to the first and third respondents their costs to date of and incidental to their notice of motion dated 23 February 2000. 6. The applicants pay to the second respondent his costs to date of and incidental to his notice of motion dated 24 February 2000. Note: Settlement and entry of orders is dealt with in Order 36 of the Federal Court Rules.
