THE COURT ORDERS THAT: 1. The applicant provide security for the costs of the respondents up to the commencement of the final hearing of the proceeding: (a) in the sum of $70,000 in respect of the first respondent; (b) in the sum of $50,000 in respect of the second respondent; to the satisfaction of the District Registrar of the Court. 2. Such security is to be provided by 25 September 2000 and in default of the provision of such security the application of the applicant be stayed until further order in respect of such respondent for whose costs security has not been provided in accordance with this order. 3. The applicant pay forthwith the respondents' costs of and incidental to the motions filed 29 June 2000 and 12 July 2000.
