Paragraph 1(j) of the order is amended by deleting the words "Australian Federal Police, 383 Latrobe Street, Melbourne" and substituting the words "Victoria Police, South Melbourne Police Station, Bank Street, South Melbourne". 4. The order as amended is confirmed. 5. There be no order as to costs. Note: Settlement and entry of orders is dealt with in Order 36 of the Federal Court Rules.
