REASONS FOR JUDGMENT 1 In these circumstances, I do not think it is necessary to embark on a consideration of the merits of the matter, although I have considered the decision of the Refugee Review Tribunal and have not been able to discern any reviewable error of law. Accordingly, I dismiss the application with costs. I direct that the applicant be notified by letter of the provisions of O 35 r 7 within seven days by the sending of a letter to her last known address. I certify that the preceding paragraph is a true copy of the Reasons for Judgment herein of the Honourable Justice Tamberlin.
