REASONS FOR RULINGS
LEAVE TO AMEND 1 I have before me an application for leave to amend further the application for an order of review. The application, in its current form, seeks review of a decision made on 11 October 2001, being in effect a decision to refuse to waive condition 8503 imposed on the applicant's visa. The proposed amendment is designed to seek review of three other decisions being: i. a decision of the Minister for Immigration and Multicultural Affairs ("the Minister") made on 30 June 2000 to impose condition 8503; ii. a decision of the Minister made on or about 14 August 2000 to reject an application for permanent residency lodged by the applicant jointly with her husband; and iii. a decision of the Minister made on 21 September 2000 to refuse to waive condition 8503.
