The first, second and fourth respondents pay the applicant $70,000 in respect of his causes of action in defamation relating to the July 2001 edition of Turf Monthly. 3. The first, third and fourth respondents pay the applicant $30,000 in respect of his causes of action in defamation relating to the July 2001 edition of The Australian Standardbred. 4. The respondents pay the applicant's costs of the proceeding. Note: Settlement and entry of orders is dealt with in Order 36 of the Federal Court Rules.
