Pursuant to s 439A(6) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) the convening period within which the plaintiffs must convene a meeting of the creditors of Walter Construction Group Limited (Administrators Appointed) ACN 008 190 074, Walter Group Finance Pty Limited (Administrators Appointed) ACN 092 923 978 and Cairns Shelfco No 16 Pty Limited (Administrators Appointed ) ACN 010 327 312 be extended up to and including 21 April 2005. 2. Liberty be granted to any person who has a sufficient interest to apply to modify or discharge the order upon such period of notice as is considered reasonable by the Court. 3. The costs of the application be costs in the administrations. Note: Settlement and entry of orders is dealt with in Order 36 of the Federal Court Rules.
