THE COURT ORDERS THAT: 1 Pursuant to Section 447A of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ('the Act'), that Part 5.3A is to operate in respect of the affairs of Goldbiz Paperbiz Pty Limited ('the Company'), as if Mark Cooper were, and since 8 November 2005 has been, validly appointed as Administrator of the Company. 2 Pursuant to Section 1322(4) of the Act, that the appointment of Mark Cooper on 8 November 2005 as Administrator of the Company, was not invalid by reason of the resolution of the Board and Notice of Appointment of the same date, were signed by one director only. 3 That the costs of the application be paid from the Company's funds as a cost of the administration.
