CORRIGENDUM 2 In paragraph 26 of the judgment, delete the words 'constitutional or' and the words 'the Constitution and'. At the beginning of paragraph 26, insert the following sentence: Mr Croker's pleadings do not contain a true claim arising under the Constitution and accordingly the Court does not have jurisdiction under s 39B of the Judiciary Act 1903.'
