The Respondent is guilty of contempt of Court in that in breach of the order referred to in paragraph 1 herein, the Respondent has from 16 February 2006 to 20 March 2006 used and displayed a sign on the website www.naturalfloorcoverings.com.au ('Website') that is the same or substantially identical with the following: 1. On page 2 delete the quote in paragraph 3 and insert: '2. The Respondent is guilty of contempt of Court in that in breach of the order referred to in paragraph 1 herein, the Respondent has from 16 February 2006 to 20 March 2006 used and displayed a sign on the website www.naturalfloorcoverings.com.au ('Website') that is the same or substantially identical with the following: I certify that the preceding two (2) paragraph is a true copy of the Reasons for Judgment herein of the Honourable Justice Rares.
