THE COURT ORDERS THAT:
1. Within 28 days of the date of this order the appellant lodge with the Registrar of the Court, or with the solicitors for the respondent in a trust account, the sum of $10,000, all or part of such sum to be released to the respondent following and in accordance with any order for costs in favour of the respondent. 2. If after satisfying any order for costs there be any sum remaining in Court or in the trust account, that amount be paid to the appellant. 3. This proceeding be stayed until security is provided as aforesaid or until the expiration of the said 28 days, whichever first occurs. 4. If the appellant fails to provide security as aforesaid within the time limited by this order, the proceeding, by force of this order, be forthwith dismissed. 5.
