THE COURT ORDERS THAT:
1. Pursuant to sections 411(4)(b) and 411(6) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act), the schemes of arrangement between Alinta Limited (ABN 11 119 985 590) (Alinta) and the holders of shares in Alinta and between Alinta and the holders of options to acquire shares in Alinta, in the form annexed hereto, be approved. 2. Pursuant to section 411(12) of the Corporations Act, the Plaintiff be exempted from compliance with section 411(11) of the Corporations Act in relation to the schemes of arrangement. 3. These orders be entered forthwith.
