REASONS FOR JUDGMENT 1 This is an application for an extension of time to file and serve a notice of appeal from a judgment of a Federal Magistrate of 17 September 2007. His Honour dismissed an application for judicial review of a decision of the Refugee Review Tribunal of 13 July 2005. It is unnecessary to set out the events leading to the decision of the Tribunal as nothing is put by the applicant in support of the application for an extension of time in this Court. The documentation filed in furtherance of this application does not, in my opinion, reveal any arguable error on the part of the Federal Magistrate in dismissing the application for judicial review. 2 Accordingly, I propose to dismiss the application for an extension of time with costs. I certify that the preceding two (2) numbered paragraphs are a true copy of the Reasons for Judgment herein of the Honourable Justice Moore.
