PATENTS – order for removal of particulars of extension of term from Register of Patents – whether Court would have power to order reinstatement of particulars if patentee's appeal should succeed. Held: there is at least some doubt as to whether Court has that power, and in view of hardship that patentee would suffer if Court lacks the power, the order for rectification of Register should be stayed.
