THE COURT ORDERS THAT:

Within 28 days of the date of this Order, the applicant provide security for the respondents' costs of these proceedings in relation to pre-trial preparation in the sum of $44,000 in a form acceptable to the Registrar or as directed by the Court. 2. Liberty be granted to the respondents to apply to increase the amount of such security, after the applicant's evidence in chief is filed. 3. The costs of, and associated with, the notice of motion filed on 20 June 2008 be reserved. Note: Settlement and entry of orders is dealt with in Order 36 of the Federal Court Rules.
