REASONS FOR JUDGMENT 1 This is an appeal from an order of a Federal Magistrate delivered on 15 April 2008 dismissing an application for judicial review of a decision of the Refugee Review Tribunal ("the Tribunal") handed down on 27 September 2007: see [2008] FMCA 487. The Tribunal had affirmed a decision of a delegate of the Minister to refuse to grant a protection visa to the appellants.
