Pursuant to Order 6 Rule 2 of the Federal Court Rules, Bruce James Carter, George Georges and Darren Gordon Weaver as Administrators of Timber Creek Pine Sawmill Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed) ACN 131 828 487 be joined as second applicants to these proceedings. 2. Pursuant to subsection 439A(6) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the period for convening the meeting of creditors of SFM Australasia Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed) and Timber Creek Pine Sawmill Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed) provided for in section 439A(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) be extended until no later than 1 July 2009. 3. The costs of and incidental to this application be paid from the assets of SFM (Australasia) Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed). 4. Liberty to the administrators and any other interested party to apply on short notice. Note: Settlement and entry of orders is dealt with in Order 36 of the Federal Court Rules.
