REASONS FOR JUDGMENT 1 The applicant, Specsavers Pty Ltd ("Specsavers"), seeks an interlocutory injunction, so far as is relevant, in the following terms: '10. An order that until the final determination of this proceeding or further order, the Respondent be restrained whether by itself, its directors, officers, employees, agents or otherwise howsoever, from publishing, causing to be published or making available to customers the advertisements contained in Annexure A, Annexure B, Annexure C and Annexure D to the affidavit of Lynne Elizabeth Anne Peach, sworn on 12 June 2009.
