THE COURT ORDERS THAT:
1. Pursuant to s 447A(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (the Act), Pt 5.3A of the Act is to operate as if: 1.1 The number "45" in s 439B(2) of the Act were omitted and replaced with the number "90"; and 1.2 The number "45" in reg 5.6.18(2) of the Corporations Regulations 2001 (Cth) were omitted and replaced with the number "90". 2. The requirements in s 439A(4) of the Act be dispensed with for the adjourned meeting of the company and the notice convening the meeting be accompanied by a statement from the administrator setting out the reasons for and against the further adjournment of the meeting for a period consistent with the orders set out in sub-paragraphs 1(a) and (b) above. 3. Liberty be granted to any person who can demonstrate sufficient interest to modify or discharge these orders upon appropriate notice being given to the plaintiff. 4. The plaintiff's costs and expenses of this application be costs and expenses in the administration of the company.
